Synctronix Scale Cleaning

Truck Scale Cleaning & Pressure Washing

A truck scale requires consistent and pro-active maintenance in order to ensure peak operating performance. Key to this is cleaning the scale and pressure washing debris and build-up from underneath scale. At Synctronix we offer full service scale maintenance that includes pressuring washing services.

Without cleaning, problems arise:

• Scale binding
• Load cell damage
• Wiring damage from rodents
• Inaccurate weighments

Pressure Washing Service Includes:

• Use high-powered pressure washing trailer to blast out debris and mud build up
• All work completed by scale technicians to ensure no damage to load cells

Synctronix Service & Repair

We provide 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday) of scale services to our valued customers. We understand the importance of the accuracy of our customers’ weighing scales by ensuring our customers’ operations running safely, efficiently and profitably with our state certified & experienced scale technicians. Synctronix can service scales from all manufacturers. And, all of our scale technicians are state certified in all Malaysia Status Areas.

  We have the test equipment and technical expertise to service truck scales and industrial weighing equipment such as floor scales and crane scales.

  We also have experience in servicing precision weighing equipment. With in-house balance experts that can calibrate, repair, and service your balance or other high precision weighing equipment.

Synctronix designs software to use in conjunction with our electronic weighing instrumentation for weighbridge application. Dynamic weighing is our most sophisticated weighing process and weight-in-motion (WIM) software is the most advanced product we carry.

Synctronix develops and maintains many software products for a number of weighing applications Software development. It is an ongoing activity and we actively make improvements based on customers’ requests.

Trade-In current old unit with any brand scale is uncompliant with NMIM SIRIM pattern approval. Synctronix will take in your equipment, refurbish it prior to selling, and provide you with new tools or cash. It is that easy.

Synctronix offers full customize fabrication services. Whether you need a customize stand for a bench scale or a column added to a floor scale for portability or some other project not scale related at all we have the fabrication expertise to make it happen. Synctronix has the capability to fabricate in either mild or stainless steel to meet your applications needs.
